MEMBER EXPIRY
How to tell if member is expired:
-
on POS, member's grade / status is indicated as EXPIRED or INACTIVE
-
PP$0 accumulated / earned even if transaction is tagged to member (can be seen at bottom of receipt)
MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL
How to renew member on POS:
-
tag the member to the transaction (if the member spends $100 in a year, POS will automatically renew the member)
TECHNICAL ISSUES
In the event where membership system is down (i.e. unable to use vouchers on POS), you may use credit settlement if you know the points / voucher that member has:
-
redeem voucher from guest's mobile (if voucher) and key in amount of credit settlement on POS

take picture of below for backend adjustment
